குழந்தைகளை ஈடுபடுத்தும்வகையில் பல்வேறு கற்பித்தல் அணுகுமுறைகளைச் செயல்படுத்துதல்.

பாடக்கருத்துக்களை மாணவர்கள் புரிந்து கொண்டனர் என்பதை அறிய சிந்தனையைத் தூண்டும் விதமாக வினாக்களை கேட்டல், வீட்டுப்பாடம் அளித்தல்
பாடக்கற்பித்தலுக்கு திட்டமிடுதல்
அனைத்து பகுதிகளிலிருந்தும் மாணவர்களின் சிந்தனையை தூண்டுமாறு வினாக்கள் கேட்டல்

கற்போரின் பன்முகத்தன்மை
கற்போரின் பன்முகத்தன்மை, கற்கும் தன்மை இவற்றை மனத்தில் கொண்டு அனைத்துக் குழந்தைகளுக்கும் ஏற்றவாறு பாடங்களை வடிவமைத்தல், உரிய திறன்கள் பெறுவதை உறுதிசெய்தல்.
தகவல் தொடர்பு
திறம்படக் கேட்பது, பேசுவது, படிப்பது மற்றும் எழுதுவது போன்ற தகவல் தொடர்புத் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்கித்தருதல்.
குறைதீர்த்தல்
குறைதீர்க்கற்பித்தலுக்கு உதவும்வகையில் மதிப்பீட்டைச் செய்தல், குழந்தைகளின் நிலையறிந்து அவர்களுக்கு உதவும்வகையிலான சரியான மதிப்பீட்டுக் கூறுகளை வடிவமைத்துச் செயல்படுத்துதல்.
குழுப்பணி மற்றும் தலைமைத்துவம்
இணைந்து கற்றல் அனைத்துநிலை பாடம் மற்றும் வகுப்புகளுக்கிடையேயான தொடர்பு மற்றும் ஒத்துழைப்பை அறிந்து செயல்படுத்துதல், குழுக்களில் திறம்படச் செயல்படுதல்.
பின்னுட்டம்
வளர்ச்சிக்கு வழிவகுக்கும்விதமான ஆக்கபூர்வமான பின்னுட்டங்களை வழங்குதல் மற்றும் பெறுதல்.
தலைமைத்துவம்
சூழல், பணி மற்றும் குழுவின் தன்மை ஆகியவற்றிற்கு ஏற்பப் பல்வேறு தலைமைத்துவ பண்புகளை பின்பற்றுதல். திறன் மிக்கக் குழுக்களை உருவாக்குதல் மற்றும் வளர்த்தல்.
தேர்வின் அமைப்பு

General Instructions:
- Before starting the test, please verify your Login Id.
- Total Questions in the test are 28.
- Total Test Duration is 60 Minutes. There is no restriction on section level timings
- There will be No Negative Marking for wrong answers.
- There are 2 sections, and the breakup is mentioned below:
- Do not close any window directly when you are taking the test.

Navigational Instructions -
- Select the correct answer for each question. Then click “Next” button to move to the Next Question.
- Click on “Previous” button to move to the Previous Question.
- You can Bookmark any number of Questions by clicking on “Mark” button; you can remove the Bookmark by clicking on it again
- You can change your response for any question before submitting the test by marking the new response (Radio Button). You can clear your response for any question by using the “Clear” button to mark the Question unanswered.
- Every time you select an option or a particular question, following changes can be seen on Question Panel.
- Questions that are Not Visited , are marked in “WHITE” colour.
- Questions that are Answered, are marked in “GREEN” colour.
- Questions that are Not Answered & Marked for Review, are marked in “ORANGE” colour
- Questions that are Answered & Marked, are marked in “BLUE” colour with a tag.
- After completion of your test, click “End Test” button to submit the test. End test button will be visible only after 45 minutes from the start time of the exam in the “Last Question”. However, if the test time elapses, the system will automatically submit your test.
- Your “Test Summary” will be displayed once you click on “End Test”.
- Keep a watch on the “Clock” on the top right-hand corner of the Exam Window for Time Remaining.
- Click “Start Exam” button below to start the test.
Centre based examination:
The Centre-based examination for Kanavu Asiriyar 2023 will happen in 10 cities (Chennai, Madurai, Vellore, Coimbatore, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Tanjore, Salem, Ranipet, Cuddalore) on May 4th, 2023.
Before the test:
- Candidates must be present in their allotted centres at least 90 minutes before the start of the test.
- Once the candidates are inside the centre, they must stand in a queue and move towards the exam hall in an orderly manner.
- All candidates must carry a hard copy of their hall ticket & their Aadhar card. If they fail to carry their hall ticket and Aadhar card, they will not be permitted to take the test.
- If a candidate requires scribe assistance, the scribe’s Aadhar card should be presented along with the PWD (PERSON WITH DISABILITY) certificate of the candidate.
- Carrying of cell phones or any other electronic devices are not allowed inside the examination hall. Provision shall be made for allocating space for your personal belongings.
- Geo tagging of candidates will be done at the centres before permitting them into the exam hall. Your thumbprint and photograph will be captured for this purpose.
- Once inside the lab, the candidates are required to be seated in the seats allotted to them.
- Attendance forms will be circulated by the invigilators and the candidates are required to attest their signature in the sheet.
During the test:
- The candidates are expected to use the credentials provided to them in their hall ticket and fill the respective fields displayed on screen to login for the test. In case a candidate is unable to login, please check the login credentials once again.
- The test duration is for 1 hour (60 minutes) & the candidates are expected to be seated calmly in the hall even if they complete the test in advance.
- If a candidate is found to be negligent of standard examination rules, he or she would be provided with a warning. If the same conduct is displayed after the warning, the hall ticket would be seized, and the candidate would be asked to leave the hall.
- If a candidate is facing any Technical issue or any other issue due to which they are unable to access the examination, do not panic. Calmly approach the invigilators or the tech support staff present in the exam hall and they will help you continue your examination.
- Rough sheets would be provided to the candidates in the exam hall and hence the candidate must not carry any paper inside the exam hall.
Post completion:
- Upon completion of the test, the candidates must submit the rough sheets provided and their hall tickets to the invigilators.
- The candidates are required to disperse from the centres in an orderly manner.
